Privacy policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lumentorapp.com or join the Lumentor waitlist, why we collect it, and your rights. A separate, complete privacy policy will apply to the Lumentor app when it launches.
Who we are
Lumentor is a product of Goddora (company registration in progress, Cameroon). For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect what you choose to give us:
- your email address (required);
- optionally: your first name, country, first language and current English level;
- if you volunteer to help test Lumentor: optionally, your WhatsApp number;
- the language of the page you used and the date you joined.
We don't use advertising trackers on this website. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
- to tell you when Lumentor is ready and send you launch news;
- if you volunteered: to invite you to a short interview or test session;
- to understand who is interested in Lumentor (for example, which languages to support first).
We rely on your consent, which you give with the checkbox when you join. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who can see it
Only the Lumentor team. We never sell your information. We use service providers to run the website and send emails (currently Cloudflare for hosting and data storage). They process data only on our instructions. Your data may be stored on servers outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after Lumentor's public launch.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time: email [email protected]. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
The waitlist is for people aged 16 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
